Security Solutions by Design

Take a moment to understand the LPS phrase “Solutions by Design” which is our process. Whether you’re looking for a new video management security system or wanting to add or update your current one, the first step is a Site Assessment. To get started contact us.

Site Assessment

For any new or existing client of LPS we will do a detailed site walk through by a licensed and experienced security consultant who possess many years of industry experience. Our consultant will then sit down with you and our technical team to discuss problem areas and potential problems you may not recognize.

Quotation

LPS will put together a detailed plan on how we can best meet your business’ needs and budget. Based on our site walk through and discussions with you, we will provide layouts showing placement of all cameras within the areas looking to be covered, paying close attention to the types of equipment that will work for each camera location and provide you with a detailed quotation.

Installation

After accepting the quotation, we will start the installation process. We will assign a team of technicians for your job and will call you to arrange a suitable time to install your system. Installations typically happen 1-3 weeks after the quotation is accepted. We will keep you updated on how the work is going throughout the installation.

Training

When the installation is complete, our technicians will train you and your staff how to use the video management system and answer any questions you may have.

Whenever you need help with your system or have a question, we are just a phone call or e-mail away. At LPS, we set ourselves apart from our competitors by providing prompt, fast, and effective support to all our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Should anything break down or stop working, we’re always available to repair or replace your equipment. Just give us a call or email us, and we’ll send a certified technician over to take a look at the problem.

Don’t forget to inquire about system health monitoring; a simple way to monitor and manage multiple storage devices.
